Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gazr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Gazr is a platform for creating, exploring, and sharing interactive knowledge graphs. The Service includes graph creation tools, AI-assisted entity extraction, visual exploration, publishing, and collaboration features. Flagship products (Gazr Sacra, Gazr Constitution, etc.) are knowledge graphs built and maintained by Gazr.

Account Registration

To create and publish graphs, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Gazr, including entities, relationships, sources, and markdown files. By publishing a graph as "Public," you grant Gazr a license to display and distribute it through the Service. You can change visibility or delete your content at any time.

When you fork a public graph, you create your own copy. The original author retains ownership of their version; you own your fork and any modifications you make.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content beyond what the API permits.
• Publish content that is harassing, threatening, or promotes violence.

Intellectual Property

The Gazr platform, including its design, code, graph engine, and flagship content, is the property of Gazr and protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to use the Service does not grant you ownership of any part of the platform itself.

Subscription and Payment

Gazr offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your private content will be deleted. Public graphs that have been forked may persist in forked copies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
