Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile information.

Graph Content: The entities, relationships, sources, and markdown files you create within your knowledge graphs. This is your content and you own it.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data to understand how the product is used and improve it. This includes page views, feature usage, and performance metrics. We do not track you across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

Providing the Service: To host your graphs, manage your account, and deliver the interactive explorer experience.

AI-Assisted Features: When you use AI-assisted graph generation, your source documents are processed by our AI providers to extract entities and relationships. We do not retain your source documents after processing.

Service Improvement: Anonymized, aggregated usage data helps us understand which features matter and where to invest.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not serve advertising or use your data for ad targeting.
• We do not train AI models on your private graph content.
• We do not share your private graphs with anyone unless you explicitly grant access.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through trusted identity providers. We regularly review our security practices and infrastructure.

Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data through your Gazr profile and graph settings.
• Export: You can export your graphs as markdown files at any time. Your data is never locked in.
• Delete: You can delete individual graphs or your entire account. Deletion is permanent.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for hosting (Cloudflare), authentication, and AI processing (Anthropic). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and process data only as directed by us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
